Wow....lots of walking. The last couple of days we had taken a "Hop on, Hop off" bus tour of the city that allowed us to see all of the sites. But we still did an enourmous amount of walking, (which is good because we have eaten 4 cans of Pringles chips thus far.)
The sites here are amazing. Everything is elegant and full of history. The Louvre was huge, like the British museum, it would take a month to get through everything. However, we saw some of the most famous paintings and sculptures in the world. Including, the Mona Lisa, Madonna of the rocks, Winged Victory of Samothrace and Venus de Milo. Yesterday we went to the top of the Eiffel Tower at night. It was beautiful. All of Paris was lit up, very romantic, (Amy liked that). Tomorrow we are off to Cinque Terre in North Western Italy. We are taking the train and it should be a 10 hour trip in total. Don't know if we will have internet access until we get to Rome. Talk to you soon.
Love you all.
Amy and Lance.
P.S. The food here is amazing and Paris is sooo much cheaper than London. We love it. Oh, and Mark, I ordered a hot dog and it had horse radish on it. Gag. But other than that the food is great and the wine is cheap.
Lance infront of St. James Gate at the Guiness Storehouse.
Jeff Martin. We were sitting on the floor right infront. It was a short but incredible set!

OMG! Paris looks stunning! I am sooooo sorry I missed your calls yesterday! I was dinking around in the bathroom with my contacts...which, we have given up on by the way...it was so nice to hear your voice...I can't believe how much I miss you. It is quite pathetic really.
After I got your messages I started thinking, OMG, maybe Lance proposed at the Eifel tower and she was calling to tell me and I missed the calls...and then I thought, naw, Lance wouldn't be so typical.
Looks like you guys are having an amazing time...I would be exhausted at the pace you two are keeping up, but you look happy and rested so that is excellent.
Anyway, hope to hear more and if you don't have internet access until Rome, Happy Birthday Muffin. Miss you and love you lots.

Ollie wants to talk:
Hi Mom and Dad - glad that you are having so much fun. I am having a great time too, went to the plant with Grandpa G twice this week! Met the girl next door - Madison (she is Courtney's friend) she wanted to adopt me - she is kinda cute too. Then I met the little boy across the street, he is four like me and comes over to play. So don't worry about me I am having fun in the country.
Have a good time will see you at the end of the month.
Love you both, Ollie
See you both when you get back. Have a Wonderful Birthday Amy as we are sure you will. Lance hope you do something nice and exotic for her birthday.
